Pressure Steam Cookers

This compact bench model features a steam generator, a cooking chamber, and three pressure levels. It can cook up to 400 portions/h, with a depth of 138mm. It has a digital display, time and failure indications, and features automatic defrost, steam extractor, booster drain, and self-cleaning programs.
