The electric convection oven is a stainless steel oven designed for forced air cooking with two turbines for uniform cooking. It features temperature control and vapor outlet control. The oven is built with an electronic control panel that can control 25 cooking programs, each controlling five phases. It has high thermal insulation and high quality, with adjustable legs for user convenience. It can accommodate 4 trays or grills of 60×40 cm placed crosswise.
